- To make these cookies with dried figs, walnuts and olive oil from France, you will need:
- 15g of Languedoc AOC olive oil
- 30g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 150g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 50g of dried figs
- 50g of walnut kernels

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the French olive oil, butter, whole egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the flour, mixed with the baking powder and salt. Chop the figs and walnut kernels into rough pieces. Add them to the mixture.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough into about ten balls and arrange them on the tray, leaving a little space between them. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand before baking for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
