- To make these milk chocolate, cranberry and olive oil biscuits, you will need:
- 15g of mild-flavoured olive oil
- 30g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 50g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 150g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 50g of cranberries
- 50g milk chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the olive oil, butter, whole egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Gradually add the flour, mixed with the baking powder and salt. Then fold the cranberries and chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Shape the dough into about ten balls and arrange them on the tray, leaving a little space between them. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand before baking for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Then leave to cool on a wire rack before eating.
Tip
