White chocolate, coconut and olive oil biscuits

- To make these white chocolate, coconut and olive oil biscuits, you will need:
- 15g of mild-flavoured olive oil
- 30g softened butter
- 1 egg
- 50g sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 150g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 50g of coconut
- 50g white chocolate chips
Tip

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix together the olive oil, butter, whole egg, sugar and vanilla sugar.
- Gradually add the flour mixed with baking powder, the salt, then the desiccated coconut and the white chocolate chips.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Shape the dough into about ten balls and arrange them on the baking tray, leaving a little space between them. Flatten the balls slightly with the palm of your hand before baking for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Leave to cool on a wire rack before serving.
