Quick olive oil shortcrust pastry

- 250g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 100 ml of mild-flavoured olive oil (e.g. AOC Languedoc, PDO Nice or Nyons, Lucques variety or Tanche)
- 100 ml of hot water
Tip
A quick and easy pastry recipe for making all sorts of tarts, such as a two-flavour tart. For shortcrust pastry: add 1 egg and 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
Instructions
- Put everything in a food processor or knead the ingredients by hand, mixing until a ball forms.
Roll out your pastry and fill it with a savoury or sweet filling.
- Put it in the oven.
