For 4 personnes
  • 100 g Provençal almonds
  • 20 g lavender honey
  • 2 c. à soupe Nyons olive oil PDO
  • 4 à 6 tranches country bread

Instructions

  • Toast the slices of country bread.

  • Meanwhile, roughly chop the Provençal almonds.

  • Mix the honey and Nyons olive oil (PDO), then add the almonds.

  • Spread this mixture over the slices of toast and enjoy straight away.
