personnes
- 1 to 2 slices of country bread (depending on your appetite)
- Fresh goat’s cheese
- 1 to 2 teaspoons of traditional-style olive oil

For a bit of variety, you could rub a clove of garlic over your slice of bread to give it a bit more kick. If you don’t like goat’s cheese, feel free to replace it with cream cheese. If you do like goat’s cheese, we’d also recommend the recipe for apricot, watermelon and goat’s cheese tartare and the Provençal-style multicoloured tomato tartine!

We recommend...
For this recipe, choose a PDO huile d'olive de la Vallée des Baux-de-Provence – olives maturées for its notes of candied olive, black olive, olive paste, cocoa, mushroom, cooked artichoke, truffle and sourdough bread. You could also choose PDO huile d'olive d'Aix-en-Provence – olives maturées or PDO huile d'olive de Provence – olives maturées.
